Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our members, responding to their concerns, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and documenting customer concerns, ensuring all relevant information is accurate and timely
- Following company procedures and inputting accurate trip data into systems
- Multitasking effectively to extract necessary information from multiple systems
- Reviewing and educating members on services and their insurance coverage
- Referring unresolved customer grievances to the designated department for further investigation
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- 0-2 years of related experience, with at least 6 months in a contact center or customer service role
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to type 35 words per minute or more
- Capability to handle a high volume of calls, up to 100+ calls per day
