**Key Responsibilities**
As a Chat Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
* Building relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
* Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
* Promoting interest in client products and services through effective communication and upselling opportunities
* Consistently achieving established standards of the position, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics
* Portraying and projecting a positive and professional image through all interactions, including live chats, emails, and phone calls
* Providing administrative support to the customer service team, including data entry, reporting, and other tasks as needed
* Assisting with overflow work and other duties as needed to ensure seamless customer service delivery
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce or client-facing environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
