**Key Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, you will be responsible for:
* **Data Entry**: Accurately and efficiently entering claims information into our claims management systems, ensuring data integrity and quality.
* **Follow-up and Research**: Following up on missing information to process claims, researching and resolving discrepancies, and communicating with customers and internal stakeholders.
* **Invoice Review**: Reviewing invoices to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
* **Reporting and Analysis**: Compiling reports from systems with claims information, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and providing insights to inform business decisions.
* **Customer Service**: Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **High School Diploma**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
* **Work Experience**: 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a related field, such as customer service, data entry, or administrative support.
* **Basic Computer and Typing Skills**: Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office, and strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm).
* **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately and efficiently process data and information.
* **Unrestricted Work Authorization**: Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
* **Experience with Claims Management Systems**: Familiarity with claims management systems and software, including data entry and reporting.
