**Responsibilities**
As a Part-time Customer Support Representative – Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Managing a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and helping customers schedule appointments
* Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, and summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
* Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, ensuring that you're always up-to-date on the latest features and benefits
* Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional support, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one
* Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, and stay ahead of the curve in the ever-changing world of customer support
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus!)
* Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a positive and professional demeanor
* The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above being preferred
* A flexible schedule, with a minimum of 16+ hours per week, and the ability to work 4-hour time blocks daily
* The ability to attend 5 weeks of training, Monday – Friday, from 4PM – 8PM
