About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Financial Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Financial Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Connect with customers via phone to resolve their questions, issues, or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Escalate/transfer/complete conference calls to banks, loan originators, financial institutions, and more as needed.
- Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise, providing excellent customer service and support.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bilingual Spanish/English skills are required, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
- High School Diploma or GED is required, with a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
- 6 months of Call Center experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Ability to type 25 wpm and comfort with desktop computer systems, including Windows operating systems.
- Proven oral and written communication skills, with logical problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, with a strong ability to stay composed and objective in a fast-paced environment.
Work from Home Requirements
To work from home, you will need:
- Internet Connection Requirements: A minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps, with an ISP that has no packet loss and ping under 50ms.
