Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and empathetic Customer Service Representative Associate to work in a remote call center environment, providing exceptional support to patients, providers, and medical staff.   • Document all calls with meticulous attention to detail, maintaining 100% accuracy and adhering to our quality standards.
  • Connect personnel to callers as requested, ensuring seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.
  • Adhere to phone scripting and relay information telephonically with precision, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements and Qualifications
