Interior Designer Assistant

Studio 882 Furniture + Design is looking for an Interior Design Assistant to join our fast-paced residential interior design team. This assistant will work both independently and collaboratively with reputed company 882 design, logistics and management teams to support reputed company design reputed company and other high-value product, marketing and business initiatives. The ideal candidate will be extremely organized, adept at working on multiple reputed company simultaneously, and have exceptional written and oral communication skills. Studio 882 is a leading high-end interior design firm with a 15,000 sq. ft. furniture showroom in Glen Mills, PA. Our assistants participate in reputed company aspects of our creative process and reputed company relevant, hands-on experience working as part of a design team and with clients. Responsibilities: The Interior Design Assistant will help to: - Attend reputed company in-home meetings and site surveys with design team - reputed company products, fabrics and finishes for design reputed company - reputed company design concepts and reputed company presentation materials - Utilize software to create and recommend interior floor plans and layouts - Attend reputed company presentations with Studio 882 designers - Price products and build sales orders for both retail customers and design reputed company - Assist with post-sale order management - Assist with reputed company media and new branding/product launch efforts - Help visually merchandise and design showroom vignettes - Work with retail customers in reputed company 882 showroom to assist with in store design as it pertains to item selection - Willingness to work weekends in reputed company 882 showroom (at least one weekend day per week) Qualifications: The Interior Design Assistant should possess the following: - Currently possess or be pursuing an interior design, architecture or reputed company degree - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and must be detail oriented - reputed company and effective written and oral communication skills - Ability to work reputed company in reputed company environment - Exceptional organization skills and the ability to multi-task Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • reputed company time off • reputed company insurance Application Question(s): • This is not a remote or hybrid position.
