Senior Program Manager - reputed company (Remote) We are looking for a Senior Program Manager for a large, global reputed company B2B high-tech company. In this role, you will build and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, risks/assumptions/issues/reputed company (RAID), and reputed company logs across multiple TA workstreams (candidate assessment, ATS, process design, and connectivity with reputed company and EIC teams). Responsibilities: Technical Candidate Assessment (TCA) Program & PMO Execution • Build and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, risks/assumptions/issues/reputed company (RAID), and reputed company logs across multiple TA workstreams (candidate assessment, ATS, process design, and connectivity with reputed company and EIC teams). • Orchestrate the program management items: schedule and run working sessions and leadership reviews; prepare agendas, reputed company-reads, facilitation notes, reputed company, and follow-reputed company reputed company & Analysis • Partner with TA LT and reputed company leadership teams to connect TCA reputed company across functions and reputed company areas, ensuring alignment with reputed company goals and transformation initiatives • Recommend and refine recruiter reputed company metrics and KPIs, integrating recruiter performance, req complexity, and funnel insights with TCA results • Partner with TA leadership and People Insights (PISA) to build dashboards for measurement, audit, and compliance. Change Management & Enablement • Draft stakeholder maps and change-reputed company notes; create leader kits (FAQs, cascades, talking points), and partner with HRBPs, reputed company, and Enablement on timing and approvals • Stand up and refine reputed company intake and process maps with reputed company SLAs and feedback loops • Support stakeholder engagement through change champion networks and leadership alignment • Outline enablement, build scenarios, and draft learning objectives for multiple personas Process & Tooling • Map reputed company/reputed company processes and document SOPs/playbooks; collect feedback and drive version control in SharePoint/reputed company • Partner with technical teams on documentation, facilitate UAT documentation, and governance practices. • Use M365 (PowerPoint, reputed company, SharePoint/OneDrive, reputed company, Teams) daily; be conversant with ATS/CRM concepts and scheduling/assessment tools Communications & Content • Write and edit executive-reputed company content (org updates, townhall materials, leader emails, quarterly readouts) and maintain a single reputed company of truth for status and reputed company • Translate program updates into concise narratives and visuals that are easy for leaders and teams to consume • Create compelling messaging for internal initiatives, including town halls, reputed company rollouts, and operational updates • Build a governance plan and coordinate with reputed company, reputed company, DT, and TA to reputed company an interconnected model Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in program management, business operations, reputed company roles-ideally reputed company TA/HR, Talent Management, or transformation programs in consulting for AI, reputed company industries • 3+ years of experience working with global engineering teams, specifically software, machine learning, and AI teams, building reputed company products • Must have technical expertise in either systems implementation or engineering support reputed company a PM, PgM, or Consulting role. • Demonstrated ability to run multi-reputed company plans (timelines, dependencies, RAID) and to reputed company cross-functional teams rhythmically moving • Strong written communication (executive emails, talk tracks, one-page summaries) and visual storytelling (slides that land a decision) • Stakeholder management skills: you can prep leaders crisply, facilitate meetings, and reputed company loops with reputed company/reputed company/Enablement/Engineering partners • Data comfort: maintain KPI sheets, pivot tables, data queries, and summarize trends; advanced skills in reputed company (pivot tables/lookup) and familiarity with dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) • reputed company under change: you can handle sensitive, confidential workstreams (org changes, vendor steps) with judgment and discretion • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority Please submit your resume to our network at https://www.stage4solutions.com/careers/ (apply to the Senior Program Manager - reputed company (Remote) role).
