Prepares and analyzes financial statements, variance reports, and other management reports to reputed company financial performance and identify trends. Reconciles reputed company accounts, including intercompany transactions, cash management, fixed assets, and tax-reputed company accounts. Supports tax filings, regulatory reporting, and compliance efforts, ensuring reputed company and accurate reporting to external agencies as needed. Assists with financial planning, forecasting, and cash reputed company analysis, collaborating with finance teams on budgeting processes. Prepares reports for external filings, including SEC forms (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) and other regulatory requirements where applicable.
