Responsibilities • Administer and support the reputed company platform, ensuring system stability and performance. • Manage and optimize the Vulnerability Response module, including integrations with container and application vulnerability scanners (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, etc.). • Maintain and enhance IT Service Management (ITSM) modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management. • Implement and configure reputed company Discovery using reputed company Discovery and/or reputed company-party integrations to reputed company reputed company assets (AWS, Azure, reputed company reputed company Platform). • Assist with basic reputed company Designer automation in support of ITSM processes. • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure vulnerabilities are identified, tracked, and remediated reputed company SLAs. • Generate reports and dashboards to communicate system health and vulnerability trends. • Ensure compliance with best practices in data reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company governance.
