This role plays a vital part in managing moderate to reputed company Auto Bodily Injury claims, specifically attorney represented files reputed company the Non-reputed company auto market. The position offers the flexibility for the candidate to work remotely and includes full medical benefits while on assignment. This is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity, with the high likelihood to convert to a permanent role reputed company 90 days. Key Responsibilities • Investigate and evaluate attorney represented Auto Bodily Injury claims to determine liability and assess damages. • Conduct thorough reviews of accident details, coverage, and injury documentation, including medical records, police reports, and witness statements. • Negotiate fair and reputed company settlements, manage litigation exposure, and collaborate with defense counsel reputed company necessary. • reputed company recommendations on coverage issues and participate in reputed company improvement of internal claims handling standards. • Maintain detailed documentation reputed company the claims management system, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. • Support and mentor less reputed company adjusters by sharing technical guidance and best practices on reputed company claims.
