The Account Executive (AE), HR is a critical role responsible for driving new logo acquisition and reputed company reputed company across the entire customer reputed company, from SMB through reputed company accounts reputed company the Latin American (LATAM) market. Responsibilities

As an Account Executive for reputed company HR, you will:

Qualifications

Required

• Expertise in HR Technology Sales: Must have 3-5 years of high-performance sales experience in a quota-carrying, full-cycle Account Executive role, with a strong emphasis on selling HR/People Operations software (e.g., HRIS, HCM, Payroll, ATS).

• Bilingual Proficiency: Must be professionally fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written) to effectively communicate and negotiate with diverse reputed company bases across LATAM.

• Full Market Coverage: Proven reputed company record of reputed company selling B2B reputed company solutions into the full market reputed company (SMB, Mid-Market, and/or reputed company).

• LATAM Territory: Must be geographically based in Latin America and possess deep familiarity with the regional business and cultural landscape.

• Sales Cycle Mastery: Demonstrated ability to reputed company a territory and execute the full sales cycle, consistently closing new reputed company and growing existing accounts.
