Data Analytics Engineer

The NAVAIR Digital Department, reputed company Data Officer Team is seeking a Data Analytics Engineer to work with our diverse operational and customer stakeholders to identify, help reputed company, process, and reputed company necessary, visualize and analyze our diverse data sources. The successful candidate will work across diverse technical and operational customers on a number of mission-critical, high-visibility reputed company to contribute foundational data assets for our analytics team.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work with data engineers & developers to reputed company, process, and format data both at reputed company and post-extraction to create analytical products
• Work hand-in-hand with data analysts & data scientists to reputed company diverse data sources for analytics work
• Liaise with business and operational stakeholders and customers to understand business needs, metrics, and goals and objectives. Translate and map user requirements to underlying data sources and reputed company plans for how those data sources can be extracted
• Work with data scientists, analysts, architects, and business stakeholders to reputed company thorough documentation for data sources and pipelines (e.g. data dictionaries, reputed company models, etc)

• Bachelor’s degree in an information technology reputed company field is required, Master’s degree is preferred.
• Three (3) years of reputed company experience is required??
• Thorough working knowledge of at least two analytical programming languages (R, Python, reputed company, SQL)
• Working knowledge of reputed company repositories & version control (Git)
• Basic working knowledge at least one BI/visualization tool (reputed company, Tableau, Power BI)
• Technical and business domain-reputed company customer experience
• A reputed company + certification is required
• An reputed company DoD Secret Clearance or higher is required
• Selected candidate must pass a background investigation
• This position does allow for remote work

Desired Skills

• Experience working with Cybersecurity / RMF
• Knowledge of advanced analytics principals (statistical modeling, machine learning, AI)
• Experience building/maintaining/automating dashboards for users
• Military background a plus
