YouTube Shorts Editor – Poker Content | Long-Term | 20 Shorts/Day

Job Description We’re looking for a creative and consistent Video Editor or VA to help us scale daily YouTube Shorts for our poker brand LunaPoker. We already have a proven system generating 500K plus monthly views per platform, and now we want to grow fast on the English channel. Mission You’ll be in charge of creating 20 short-form videos per day (30–60 seconds each) using our internal method. We provide you with: Pre-selected long videos from our YouTube channels (French or English) A detailed method explaining how we consistently hit 500K plus monthly views Access to Quso, the tool we use to generate captions and automate part of the process (You can use another tool if your results perform better) Guidance for A/B testing thumbnails, hooks, and formats to continuously improve performance Your goal is to deliver both quantity and quality — and most importantly, performance. We will track results and keep only the best editors long term. What You’ll Do Edit 20 short videos per day (9:16 vertical format, 1080x1920) Add captions (auto-generated via Quso, then adjusted manually if needed) Include background music, dynamic zooms, emojis, and transitions Adapt the subtitles for clarity (English primarily) Organize and upload drafts on Google Drive or Quso platform Run small A/B tests on hooks, styles, captions Optional: help manage TikTok uploads for the brand Performance-Based Mindset We don’t just want editors — we want growth partners. If your shorts perform well (high retention, strong CTR, consistent virality), your pay and responsibilities will increase quickly.
