Care Solutions Personal Advocate
We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Care Solutions Personal Advocate at Cigna. As a Care Solutions Personal Advocate, you will be responsible for helping members with their health care needs, as well as coordinating with providers to ensure the best care experience for each individual. The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, be highly organized, and have a strong customer service background. Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to members in order to meet their health care needs.
Coordinate with providers to ensure high quality care for each individual.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with members and providers.
Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the care process.
Leverage problem-solving skills to ensure members receive the best care experience.
Offer advice and education to members about their health care options.
Monitor members’ progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal care.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the health care industry.
Maintain detailed records of members’ care plans and progress.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
