Dental Collaboration Partner

Remote, USA Full-time Posted 2025-11-03
Work With Us to Shape the Future of Teledentistry At ReplyQuick, our mission is to bring AI-driven automation into dental practices, but before we sell this technology broadly, we want to build it right. Our first version, the Dental Scan Beta (v1), is being rolled out to select practices for testing, collaboration, and real-world feedback. Our Dental Scan platform uses AI to analyze real photos of patients’ teeth (taken with standard phone cameras, not X-rays) and generate preventive insights. The system aligns with ADA Code D9996, covering asynchronous teledentistry and secure data transmission, allowing practices to provide better patient care while creating new insurance-supported billing opportunities. We’re now inviting a limited number of dental practice owners and clinicians to join this beta program. You’ll get early access to the Dental Scan AI tools, work directly with our development team, and help us refine how the technology integrates into everyday workflows. This is not a sales push, it’s a collaborative rollout. Participating practices only cover basic operational costs, such as secure hosting, SMS delivery, and image storage, while keeping 100% of any revenue generated through teledentistry billing or patient re-engagement. If the pilot doesn’t meet expectations or deliver clear ROI, you won’t pay anythingbeyond those minimal costs. How This Helps Your Practice • Strengthen patient communication through automated photo-based check-ins • Utilize teledentistry billing codes (ADA D9996) for virtual preventive-care claims • Increase patient engagement and retention through consistent digital follow-ups • Add a new recurring revenue stream for remote preventive-care monitoring • Modernize your practice and attract patients who value proactive oral health care What This Collaboration Looks Like • Early access to Dental Scan AI (beta version) with minimal operational cost • Work directly with our AI, product, and engineering teams • Provide feedback on usability, accuracy, and patient adoption • Optionally contribute anonymized datasets (HIPAA-compliant) to improve AI performance • Track engagement and ROI metrics in real time • If KPIs or expectations aren’t met, all costs are waived • Priority access to the full paid version upon public release Who We’re Looking For • Licensed dentists, dental practice owners, or senior dental professionals (DMD, DDS, RDH, or equivalent) • 3+ years of clinical experience • Interest in AI-driven technology and preventive digital care • Availability for short monthly feedback sessions (~5–10 hours/month, flexible) • Willingness to participate in beta testing and share results Why Join the Beta Collaboration • Be among the first to use AI-powered teledentistry tools in real practice settings • Influence how dental AI evolves before public release • Gain early operational and financial advantages from D9996 billing workflows • Build a direct relationship with our product and engineering teams • Position your practice as an early adopter in digital dentistry If you’re a dental professional who wants to shape the next generation of teledentistry, we’d love to work with you. Together, we can refine the technology, improve preventive care, and create real ROI for practices bringing innovation into their workflow. Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
