We are looking for a Data Entry & Order Processing Support (3 roles).

The requirement is immediate, and the consultant is needed at the earliest.
Must have 2-3 years of experience in SAP ECC and/or Salesforce (SFDC) a very junior position for data entry.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable contingent worker to support the Americas Business Operations with essential data entry and order processing tasks. This role will assist in maintaining accurate customer or contract records, ensuring smooth transaction processing, and supporting operational efficiency during a high-volume period.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute basic order processing tasks in SAP or related systems
• Enter and update customer master data accurately and efficiently
• Input and maintain contract data in accordance with internal guidelines
• Review and validate data for completeness and accuracy
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies
• Support documentation and tracking of transactional activities as needed
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in data entry, preferably in a business operations or order management environment
• Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) and/or SAP is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., data entry, sorting, filtering)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
