The Role
This role is responsible for executing pre-opening marketing strategies for a portfolio of new and transitioning hotels. This role plays a critical part in shaping a property's brand positioning, driving pre-opening awareness, and supporting successful market entry in alignment with the commercial ramp strategy.
The primary role of the Manager, Marketing Central Hotel Services, Ramp is to help drive Hyatt's Commercial Services strategy by implementing marketing solutions with an emphasis on the digital ecosystem that drives hotel topline revenue and business aligned with the hotel's segmentation. This role partners closely with regional sales, revenue, and marketing strategy teams to deliver integrated, market-ready campaigns that accelerate hotel performance, deliver on brand marketing and sales collateral, and critical digital touchpoints by developing the Hyatt website, digital ads and digital content management.
Additional responsibilities include:
• Manage a rolling portfolio of 8-10 hotel openings at any given time.
• Maintain project plans, trackers, and status reports to ensure timely execution across functions.
• Maintain marketing budget and forecasts within the approved budget.
• Work with the agency to develop a digital media plan recommendation and implement plan.
• Provide recommended strategies and tactics that align with hotels' segmentation and brand positioning within the market.
• Activate paid, owned, and earned media tactics to drive awareness and bookings pre- and post-opening.
• Oversee creative development, content production, and asset readiness for opening.
• Provided recommended campaign optimizations based on data.
• Provide accurate and timely campaign reporting to hotel teams, commercial leads, and ownership groups.
• Translate performance metrics into actionable insights that drive campaign optimization and strategic pivots.
• Identify key learnings from each opening to inform future go-to-market planning.
• Ability to travel up to 15%
