We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will be responsible for overseeing a project focused on organizing employee records and HR files while transferring them to new systems, ensuring compliance, optimizing file accessibility, and streamlining our documentation systems.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of duties, including:
- Organizing and auditing employee files to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards.
- Uploading and managing employee documents on blithequark's Document Cloud from our SharePoint site.
- Developing and implementing efficient processes for file management and retrieval.
- Reorganizing HR administrative electronic folders and establishing a consistent naming convention for easy file access.
- Finding and organizing both paper and online documents relating to employees and HR processes.
- Collaborating with HR staff to identify and address any discrepancies or gaps in documentation.
- Communicating progress and updates to the HR team regularly.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role, with a focus on file organization and compliance.
- Familiarity with SharePoint is essential.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Exceptionally detail-oriented yet fast-paced.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good communication skills to liaise effectively with HR team members.
- Creative problem-solver with a fast-learning ability and adaptability to new systems.

Compensation and Benefits
