Requirements and Qualifications

  • A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home, with a reliable desktop or laptop
  • High-speed internet connection (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
  • Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to ask probing questions to resolve customer complaints
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work in a team environment

  • Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment
