Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Support, troubleshoot, and resolve end-user issues in client software applications for clinical trials
  • Document all call information according to QA and internal standard operating procedures
  • Monitor team mailbox emails and document according to procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality as appropriate at all times
  • Adhere to departmental procedures for all emergencies
  • Apply critical thinking and analytical skills to resolve daily issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless support and resolve complex issues

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A college degree preferred, with at least one year of applicable experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong computer experience with Microsoft Office products and familiarity with SharePoint
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills on a professional level, with strong phone skills
  • Ability to work remotely within a 50-mile radius of Indianapolis and travel to client sites for urgent situations
  • Strong commitment to customer service and a passion for delivering exceptional support
  • Ability to apply critical thinking and analytical skills to resolve complex issues
  • Bilingual skills in Spanish, French, and/or Japanese are helpful but not required
