Our team of approximately 900 employees is dedicated to providing top-notch service to our residential and business customers throughout Minnesota and beyond. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR), you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service to our residential and business customers via phone, email, and chat * Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner * Utilizing computer skills to navigate our software systems and access customer information * Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues * Staying up-to-date on product and service offerings to provide informed solutions to customers * Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A minimum of one year of experience working in a customer service-related field * An understanding of excellent customer care concepts and principles * Proficiency with computer skills, including internet browsers, email, and the ability to learn new software * Good communication skills, both written and oral * Ability to communicate professionally with customers and internal teams * Ability to handle private and confidential information * A strong work ethic that demonstrates dependability and a commitment to excellence **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, we prefer candidates with: * Work experience in a call center environment * Good conflict resolution skills and the ability to de-escalate tense situations * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools **Schedule and Location** We offer flexible shifts to accommodate your needs, including: * Tuesday through Saturday from 1 pm to 9 pm * Sunday through Thursday from 1 pm to 9 pm This is a work-from-home position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
