Customer Interaction

* Offer a warm and welcoming reception to our customers, providing them with exceptional support and guidance throughout their packaging and shipping needs. * Provide customers with a range of pricing options, empowering them to choose the service that best fits their budget and meets their needs. * Address customer complaints professionally and follow up with a satisfactory resolution, building trust and loyalty between our business and its customers.

Service and Sales

* Present our comprehensive portfolio of products and services to address the diverse demands of our clients, ensuring they receive the best possible solution for their needs. * Instruct customers on how to seal packages securely with heavy-duty tape to prevent contents from falling out, providing them with the knowledge and confidence to ship their packages efficiently. * Enhance our business by providing supplementary amenities such as printing, copying, and supplies, demonstrating our commitment to customer satisfaction.

Transaction Management

* Utilize blithequark's systems to carry out shipping transactions with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring seamless processing and minimal errors. * Process payments made through cash, credit card, or other payment forms, maintaining a secure and reliable payment process. * Verify that all necessary shipping paperwork is completed correctly and easily understood, ensuring compliance with regulations and minimizing errors.

Operational Support

* Maintain a clean and organized customer service counter, providing a welcoming environment for our customers and ensuring prompt and efficient service. * Replenish essential supplies and materials as needed, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. * Adhere to blithequark's policies and procedures for ensuring safe and proper shipping and handling of goods, prioritizing customer safety and satisfaction.

Technical Proficiency

* Quickly adapt to new POS systems and shipping software, enabling smooth operations and transactional excellence. * Utilize your skills and expertise to resolve minor technical issues in shipping equipment and systems, identifying the root cause of the problem and devising a solution to fix it.

Team Collaboration

* Collaborate with team members to meet store targets and goals, fostering a culture of teamwork and customer-centricity. * Offer mentorship to newly recruited employees, emphasizing the importance of a customer-centric approach and providing guidance and support.

Compliance
