Please note: only candidates in AR, AL, GA, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MS, MO, NC, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX and FL, will be considered. Monday- Friday : reputed company Review clinical documentation as appropriate to extract data and assign appropriate ICD10, CPT, and HCPCS codes for billing, reputed company reporting, research, and regulatory compliance. Appropriately assign codes for diagnoses and procedures as determined by the clinical documentation. Ability to determine first listed diagnosis, secondary diagnoses, and surgical procedures.
