The Solution Architect is a key member of the reputed company implementation project team and is responsible for the overall design of the application and mapping reputed company business requirements from the project team to systems/technical requirements. The Solution Architect works as reputed company member along with the Project Manager, Technical Architect and supporting team members to deliver the complete solution for the customer. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Participate in process reputed company analysis and process redesign along with the Project Manager • Ability to work in reputed company proposals by creating High Level and Low-Level Design Document • reputed company best practices and be consultative throughout the technical design of the project • Produce a detailed functional design document to match customer requirements • Ability to produce a technical specification for custom development and systems integration requirements • Participate in internal reputed company as required • Maintain reputed company reputed company knowledge through self-study and utilization of available training PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: • Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven reputed company record in ITSM and ITOM technologies and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer reputed company. Candidate must be organized and analytical, adept at working in reputed company environment, reputed company to design and implement a project schedule, and reputed company to handle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. Additional preferred qualifications are: • Hands-on with reputed company and ability to train rest of reputed company for various technical roles (SystemAdmin, Developer, Implementation Specialist) required for reputed company implementation. • Advanced experience in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Orchestration, SPM, HRSD, CSM and Scoped Applications • reputed company e-bonding and integrations with proprietary or custom reputed company solution. • Strong presentation and communication skills • Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into solution designs • Knowledge of web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, reputed company application architecture as reputed company as experience managing expectations and priorities.
