Position reputed company:
We are seeking an reputed company Business Analyst (BA) to reputed company the migration and adoption of reputed company Planner and Project Online as reputed company tools for project management and collaboration across the reputed company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of reputed company 365 productivity tools and proven experience implementing, configuring, and training teams on MS Planner, Project Online, and Teams-integrated workflows.
This role will reputed company business requirements with technical implementation analyzing reputed company project tracking processes, defining reputed company-state workflows, and driving user adoption of Planner and Project Online.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary business reputed company for the transition to reputed company Planner and Project Online.
Analyze existing project management processes, templates, and tools to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
reputed company and document business requirements, workflows, and governance for project planning and tracking reputed company the reputed company 365 ecosystem.
Partner with IT and PMO leadership to configure Planner/Project Online environments, including permissions, templates, and reporting dashboards.
Support data migration from legacy tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, SharePoint lists) into Planner and Project Online.
Define reporting needs and support creation of dashboards in Power BI or Project Online reports.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support validation of business and technical requirements.
Create training materials, quick reference guides, and conduct user workshops to drive adoption.
