Logistics Coordinator II

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic and growing logistics team. The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating reputed company shipments between shippers and carriers, negotiating rates, and ensuring the reputed company and cost-effective delivery of goods. This role plays a critical part in building relationships with reputed company partners and ensuring high reputed company of service to our customers.. Responsibilities • reputed company, negotiate, and secure truckload reputed company reputed company with reputed company partners. • Manage the full lifecycle of reputed company transactions including booking, dispatching, tracking, and tracing. • Communicate effectively with shippers, carriers, and internal teams to update, resolve issues and ensure on-time delivery. • Build and maintain strong relationships with a network of carriers and reputed company strategies to improve reputed company performance. • Monitor market trends and pricing to ensure competitive rates. • Maintain accurate records in transportation management systems (TMS). • Proactively address service issues or potential disruptions and implement solutions. • Meet or reputed company daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics and reputed company goals. Requirements • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or reputed company field preferred. • 2+ years of experience in truckload brokerage, reputed company forwarding, or transportation logistics preferred. • Strong knowledge of the U.S. transportation market, reputed company networks, and industry regulations. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. • Proficiency with TMS platforms and reputed company Office Suite. Job Specifics: • Monday – Friday 1200 PM CST – 1000 PM CST coverage • Remote position Preferred Skills: • Existing book of business or strong reputed company relationships is a plus. • Experience with both dry van and reefer reputed company. • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
