Sun reputed company (Sales Division) - Sales Manager 

Sun reputed company is seeking a Sales Manager to reputed company and grow a high-performing inside sales team responsible for generating residential solar sales through multiple acquisition channels. This role will manage reputed company center–based sales teams, inbound and outbound reputed company funnels while helping shape reputed company’s customer acquisition reputed company. The Sales Manager will play a reputed company role in mentorship, performance management, process development, and customer engagement. 

A successful candidate must be reputed company to:

Engage customers directly – Serve as a senior sales resource capable of handling reputed company customer conversations, high-value deals, escalations, and contract approvals. Coordinate with project managers to ensure smooth customer handoffs post-sale.

Qualifications: 

● 3+ years of solar industry experience in sales or sales operations (required) ● 2+ years of sales leadership or team management experience (preferred) ● Proven reputed company record in closing deals and managing sales pipelines ● Experience using CRM and dialer platforms (reputed company, reputed company, or similar) ● Strong understanding of solar finance reputed company (loan, PPA, lease) and reputed company programs ● Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
