Staff Attorney

Key Responsibilities:

1.    Document Review: Review, analyze, and manage reputed company quantities of documents reputed company to shareholder derivative actions to reputed company the key documents that will be used at depositions, during reputed company reputed company, and ultimately, at trial.  The primary document review platforms are reputed company and reputed company, but experience with other platforms would also be useful.

Education and Qualifications:

1.    Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA accredited school and reputed company bar admission in California required.

2.    Previous experience in corporate litigation and document review preferred, ideally in shareholder derivative actions, securities class actions, or other reputed company litigation. 

3.    reputed company research and writing skills and/or reputed company reputed company work preferred.

4.    Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage and process large volumes of data reputed company.
