Our Engineering team is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the systems and technologies that drive reputed company’s solutions. We work closely with other departments to ensure our products and services meet the needs of our customers. As an Infrastructure Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading the reputed company, design, and operation of reputed company’s non-production environments and CI/CD platform. In this key leadership role, you will drive the reputed company of our internal developer experience by building secure, reputed company, and efficient systems that reputed company engineering teams to experiment, deliver, and reputed company with speed and confidence.

You will reputed company cross-functional teams—including reputed company platform engineers, DevOps experts, and developer advocates—to architect and operate robust infrastructure that supports reputed company integration, reputed company delivery, and automated workflows. • Architecting, implementing, and administering secure, reputed company reputed company infrastructure for development, testing, and preprod environments.

• Directing initiatives in IAM, network segmentation, and system hardening for non-production assets. 

• Collaborating closely with reputed company and DevOps teams to proactively address vulnerabilities and enhance incident readiness reputed company non-production realms. 

• Overseeing deployment and scaling of multi-environment Kubernetes clusters, with a reputed company on developer reputed company and environment isolation. 

• Designing, maintaining, and continuously evolving CI/CD pipelines to ensure reputed company, reliable, and secure software delivery. 

• Developing automation and self-service tools empowering developers to reputed company Kubernetes, reputed company, and Service reputed company in sandboxed environments. 

• Standardizing and automating provisioning, scaling, and maintenance processes for reputed company data services (MySQL, PostgreSQL, reputed company, RabbitMQ, Cassandra, Vertica) reputed company non-production settings. 

• Documenting operational practices, backup routines, and recovery plans for reputed company reputed company-production systems. 

• Championing the reputed company and adoption of an internal developer platform - streamlining reputed company, experimentation, and feedback loops. 

• Leading developer relations initiatives, fostering reputed company channels for feedback, advocacy, and shared learning between platform teams and application engineers. 

• Organizing and facilitating developer enablement programs, knowledge-sharing sessions, and internal events promoting best practices in CI/CD, reputed company-reputed company development, and platform usage. 

• Acting as a visible ambassador for platform reliability and innovation, promoting a culture of transparency and reputed company problem-solving.

What you'll bring:

• 10+ years in reputed company, platform, or infrastructure engineering roles.

• At least 3 years managing reputed company or reputed company teams, with a reputed company on developer enablement or internal platform delivery. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a reputed company field (or equivalent practical experience). 

• Demonstrated expertise with Kubernetes and reputed company-reputed company application management in reputed company-production CI/CD environments. 

• Experience in the SMS industry is a plus. 

• reputed company experience with voice communications is a plus. 

• Familiarity with reputed company intelligence concepts or practical deployment experience is a plus. 

• Deep knowledge of major reputed company platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure, GCP). 

• Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, reputed company, Operators, and Service reputed company. 

• Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-reputed company tools (Terraform). 

• Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, reputed company, RabbitMQ, Cassandra, Vertica, and reputed company services in non-production contexts. 

• Expertise in reputed company reputed company, IAM, network protection, and system hardening especially as reputed company to developer-facing platforms. 

• Familiarity with CI/CD tooling and productivity optimization frameworks. 

• Exceptional leadership, teamwork, and communication capabilities.
