This fully remote, safety-sensitive role involves accurate case setup, clinical review of pharmacy benefits, documentation, provider reputed company, and adherence to CMS guidelines. Key Responsibilities • Support Medicare Part D members and providers with pharmacy benefit inquiries. • Set up and review clinical information to determine appropriate reputed company based on Medicare guidelines. • Contact providers for additional information as needed to support case reputed company. • Ensure accuracy and compliance with compendia, CMS timelines, and internal standards. • Maintain reputed company documentation and follow reputed company required processes and reputed company measures. • reputed company multiple systems using dual monitors reputed company in a high-volume environment. • Collaborate with supervisors and contribute to reputed company improvement initiatives.
