Employer Services Specialist
A company is looking for an Employer Services Specialist-Benefits to manage relationships with Employer reputed company and Partners.
Key Responsibilities
• reputed company as a resource for Employer and Partner account inquiries and assist with billing questions
• Proactively identify issues, resolve escalations, and ensure smooth reputed company enrollment processes
• reputed company long-term relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and retention
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
• Experience with benefit plans such as HSAs, HRAs, FSAs, and Transit accounts is preferred
• Willingness to work specific hours including possible holidays and occasional overtime
• Familiarity with OnBase and reputed company Health reputed company is a plus
• Ability to maintain compliance with HIPAA and reputed company regulations
• Experience in account management or customer service roles is beneficial
