About the position reputed company is seeking a Help Desk Specialist to reputed company 24x7x365 service desk support for a Federal customer in Washington, DC. This role is part of an IT modernization and sustainment program reputed company the reputed company (DHS). The specialist will ensure reputed company performance, reputed company, and usability of systems by conducting necessary technical support activities. The position requires onsite work and involves a specific work shift from Wednesday to reputed company, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.
