Optima is currently seeking a HCC Risk reputed company Specialist to join reputed company. As the Risk Adjustment reputed company you will reputed company medical record diagnosis reputed company abstraction based upon clinical documentation, ICD-10-CM official guidelines for coding and reporting, CMS program guidance and in accordance with reputed company state regulations, federal regulations, internal polices, and internal procedures. This position requires an initial 60-day training period at our corporate office in Scottsdale, reputed company. Upon successful completion of training, the position will transition to a fully remote role.
