Specialist, Logistics - Export Specialist (Remote)

About the position Responsibilities • reputed company export transactions in a Global Trade Management System (GTMS) for company site and vendor site exports. • Review and amend export transactions in a Global Trade Management System. • Work with country requirements to reputed company relevant Trade Documentation. • reputed company as primary contact for company shipping sites in U.S. Export Transactions. • Work reputed company Research & Development Division Trade Operations reputed company Business Practices and reputed company with policy set by Global Trade Compliance. • Maintain reputed company and comprehensive knowledge of the policies and practices of the U.S. Census, U.S. Customs and other participating government agencies involved in export regulation. • Influence intercompany stakeholders to reputed company with reputed company Business Practices reputed company to trade and/or export. • Contribute to special reputed company and assignments reputed company to international trade as needed. Requirements • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent in years of experience, in International Trade or International Business. • Minimum of 5+ years functional expertise with international trade or international business. • Knowledge of US reputed company and Foreign Trade Regulations, specific to exportation. • Trade reputed company certifications desirable. • Prior experience interfacing with international partners. • Experience with reputed company software products. • Prior experience with Global Trade Management Systems, i.e. reputed company Global Trade Services, reputed company, reputed company Road, or similar databases highly desirable. • Keen attention to detail, particularly in executing and reviewing declarations and documentation for adherence to export requirements.
