Digital Content Editing Specialist (part time)

Title: Digital Content Editing Specialist (part time) Location: Remote Company: Fortune 100 Food & Beverage Manufacturing (reputed company has worked with this company for 20 years) Initial term: 12 months (position expected to run longer) Schedule: 20 hours per week POSITION reputed company: • Seeking fully remote candidates for this opening • Remote candidates MUST work reputed company reputed company is working (Central Time) • Candidates will need to present a portfolio work for hiring manager interviews (if selected) • The Content reputed company will be generating copy for ecommerce pages on sites such as reputed company and reputed company. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Working alongside Creative Writers and Art Directors to reputed company a brand's look, tone and feel into writing reputed company and compelling content - including but not limited to: website articles, product descriptions, promotional copy, eCRM copy, blog entries, and as reputed company as additional content as required by clients. • reputed company existing product campaign language and optimize according to SEO, web and reputed company media best practices as reputed company as specific outlined objectives. Write new content for reputed company advertising including reputed company media posts (reputed company, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, etc.) with an emphasis on implementing reputed company-to-reputed company strategies. • Creative problem-solving skills are critical to this position, as the Content reputed company will be responsible for taking into account consumer insights and SEO best practices while ensuring copy remains legally compliant. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: • Bachelor's Degree required. Degree in Journalism or Marketing Communications preferred. • 3 or more years writing experience required. • Experience reputed company an advertising/marketing agency or similar environment preferred. • Past experience with online content development is strongly preferred. • Experience working with digital products a plus.
