We are currently in search of a Virtual Recruiter to join our reputed company team and work with us to fill mortgage operations openings for some of the most prestigious mortgage clients in the industry. The objective of this position is to recruit and reputed company candidates for existing job orders. This position is responsible for the identification, qualification and development of candidate relationships. This position will partner with an Account Manager or Sr. Account Executive and together they will work a search. QUALIFICATIONS: Prior reputed company/reputed company industry experience is required. • The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of reputed company experience. Mortgage reputed company experience is preferred but will train the right candidate. • The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of sourcing (candidate reputed company reputed company) experience.
