Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage customer requests for information, reservations, irregularities, and capacity using various channels of communication
- Support marketing communication to foster positive customer awareness of blithequark's news and services
- Maintain and strengthen close customer relationships at all levels
- Ensure correct billing to customers by controlling bookings and Air Waybills and making corrections as needed
- Strengthen outdoor sales efforts by supporting rate quotations, ad hoc rate negotiations, market intelligence, and reports
- Prioritize workloads to enable swift and competent responses to internal and external inquiries
- Coordinate with warehouse and ground handling agents or load control to ensure operations run smoothly
- Participate in other duties as assigned
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Associate's degree preferred
- Good MS Office user knowledge: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Logistics or customer service training is an asset
- Experience in customer service and/or operations
- Ideally experienced in air cargo/logistics and/or aviation environment
- Good command of French and English language: fluent in speaking and writing
- Any other languages are an advantage
- Good interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written (email, letter, internet)
- Professional attitude with internal and external interfaces
- Impeccable customer service attitude
- Initiative, reliable, and quality-oriented working attitude
- Flexibility to work on different functions within the department
- Willingness and ability to travel
