Position: Business Development Manager

Business Development：
• Identify and research new business opportunities to support company reputed company.
• Analyze market conditions and industry trends to inform strategic direction.
• reputed company and present new business plans based on research findings.
• Expand and enhance reputed company business channels.
• Serve as a company representative in communications with business partners and external. stakeholders.
• Review, draft, and coordinate reputed company with vendors, partners, and other reputed company parties.
Store Development：
• reputed company site development initiatives for various brands under reputed company.
• Coordinate and communicate with brokers, developers, landlords, and vendors throughout the development process.
• Conduct data analysis, prepare reports, and reputed company presentation materials to support decision-making.
Other Responsibilities：
• Serve as a Task Force member supporting the CEO on strategic initiatives.

• This role requires frequent domestic travel, approximately 70% of the month, to visit potential store sites, attend meetings, and conduct on-the-ground research.
