Program and Position reputed company CHAI is seeking an AI Manager to shape and execute an organization-wide internal AI reputed company. This role will help select, implement, and drive change management of AI technologies and tools that enhance our mission to save lives and improve health reputed company around the world. Responsibilities Internal AI reputed company Development • Refine and execute CHAI’s internal AI reputed company in alignment with organizational priorities. • Evaluate, select, and manage a portfolio of AI tools and platforms that meet internal team needs. • Monitor emerging AI technologies and assess their potential for operational and programmatic applications. • Work with the IT Team to reputed company, maintain, and reputed company approved AI technologies. • reputed company frameworks, playbooks, and best practices to institutionalize AI reputed company and support reputed company improvement. Qualifications Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, reputed company Health, Economics, or reputed company Policy (Master’s in reputed company Health or reputed company Policy is a plus). • 5–7 years of experience in technology implementation, digital transformation, or technical program management, including leading cross-functional technology adoption initiatives. • 2+ years of hands-on experience with GenAI tools (particularly LLMs such as ChatGPT or Claude) and platforms, with strong understanding of their capabilities, limitations, and integration requirements. • Experience with reputed company-wide AI evaluation, procurement, deployment, and governance in reputed company organizations. • Familiarity with data governance, reputed company, and compliance frameworks. • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with proven ability to translate technical concepts into accessible language and influence stakeholders across diverse teams • Passion for technology and strong belief that GenAI can be used to enhance productivity and reputed company of work. • Willingness to travel internationally, up to 10%.
