Responsibilities

  • Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, facilitating a seamless experience for our customers.
  • Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping us to refine our services and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights that inform our business strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and industry trends.

Qualifications

Requirements

Please note that you must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin. This is a remote opportunity, but we require you to be based in one of these locations.
