About the Position

We are seeking an exceptionally talented and passionate Chat Support Associate to join our growing team. As a key member of our support team, you will engage with our reputed company community of veterinary professionals, providing them with an excellent experience on our platform through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos. Key Responsibilities

• Support existing blithequark users by responding to user inquiries reputed company live chat, email, and phone in a reputed company manner
• Troubleshoot issues quickly and explain scenarios/solutions in an easily digestible and effective manner
