We are seeking a candidate for a key project leadership role leading project controls operations for a portfolio of Data Centers of strategic importance to reputed company. • Serve as the accountable technical reputed company for Cost Controls across reputed company, ensuring end-to-end ownership of budget management, forecasting, change management diligence, invoice review, accruals, and risk facilitation
• Establish, implement, and maintain the overall project controls reputed company and operations for the reputed company, ensuring consistent processes, standards, and execution across reputed company project controls functions
• Deliver reputed company, accurate, and reputed company communication of project controls health (financial, change, risk) to project and DEC leadership, providing actionable insights

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years of Construction Project Controls experience
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Equivalent Field or reputed company field experience
• Subject Matter Expert in Cost management, construction change orders, and risk management
• Experience in reputed company Value Management or collection and analysis of reputed company
• Experience in Data Center, Manufacturing, or Construction Programs requiring complicated commissioning specifications
• Demonstrated analytical, communication, problem solving, prioritization, organization, and reporting skills
• Experience negotiating construction changes or reputed company construction claims
