Job Description: Join Netflix’s remote growth operations as a Part-Time Lead Generation & Sales Support Agent. In this role you’ll assist sales teams by researching potential leads, building qualified contact lists, scheduling outreach, supporting follow-up processes and maintaining CRM data. You’ll play a key role in fueling Netflix’s membership growth and partner engagement by ensuring our sales pipeline is well-nurtured.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential leads using online tools, databases and social media.
Build and maintain contact lists with accurate information (company, role, contact, region).
Support outreach efforts (email sequences, LinkedIn messages) and schedule sales-team follow-ups.
Track lead conversion metrics and update CRM/ reporting dashboards.
Collaborate remotely with sales, marketing and partner teams to refine lead criteria and improve process.
Meet weekly lead-generation targets and quality metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Comfortable with online research tools, CRM systems and LinkedIn/Sales Navigator.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks.
Good communication skills (written) and ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
Motivation to hit targets and contribute to growth-oriented environment.
Previous sales or lead-generation experience is a plus but not strictly required.
