Job Overview

In this role, you will be part of our End-to-End (E2E) Delivery team, which leverages data insights to create associations between stores, customers, clients, drivers, fulfillment centers, and suppliers. Your primary responsibility will be to spearhead ad-hoc analysis, dashboards, and insights for capacity, cost, fulfillment, and transportation, aiming to make blithequark's delivery platform one of the fastest and most reliable in the country. You will have access to our vast global data and the opportunity to harvest new insights from our client and driver applications, enabling you to influence decisions that impact our operations and make a significant impact at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and create dashboards to provide insights on capacity, cost, fulfillment, and transportation, informing strategic decisions and optimizing operations.
• Develop a deep understanding of transportation, driver, and customer behavior, creating reporting and ad-hoc analysis for key stakeholders.
• Build reality-based models, driver analysis, and work with testing to inform data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to gather the right data from various sources, supporting investigations of key drivers and business outcomes.
• Apply SQL and visualization skills to create reports that showcase the results of your analyses.
• Lead exploratory analysis, including hypothesis testing and essential statistical testing.
• Automate tasks and develop processes that monitor, analyze, and inform the actions of key stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Data Science, Statistics, or Computer Science.
