Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative, working from the comfort of their own home. As a remote team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our guests, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

- Process reservation requests, support basic loyalty and customer care requests, and identify guest reservation needs to maximize revenue
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for special booking rules and requests, loyalty guidelines, and case management
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, supporting team goals and objectives
- Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- No related work experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success
- No supervisory experience is necessary, but a willingness to learn and grow with our team
- No license or certification is required, but a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences

Class Start Date and Training Schedule
The class start date for this opportunity is January 20, 2025, with a training schedule of 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM CT for 5 weeks. After completing training, you can expect to work a schedule of 4:30 PM - 1:00 AM CT, including weekends and holidays.
