Job Overview
The Product Principal - Customer Experience is a key leadership role at blithequark, responsible for guiding the development of products that drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency. You will work closely with Product Directors, cross-functional program leaders, and senior-level leaders to define product strategies, align outcomes, and drive change management and process improvement. Your expertise in generating innovative ideas, driving collaboration, and communicating effectively will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivery and Execution (10%): Coordinate with Distinguished Engineers, User Experience Principals, and impacted teams to ensure alignment and scope; review recommended solutions and product team work to ensure products meet company, stakeholder, and end-user priorities.
- Strategy and Planning (60%): Partner with Cross-Functional Programs or Technology Portfolios to align outcomes; cascade context to leadership and strategy to balanced teams using OKRs; lead cross-functional discovery and creation, coordination, and sequencing of activities to ensure alignment across impacted teams.
- Team and Stakeholder Management (30%): Partner with leadership to represent the portfolio during enterprise planning, coordination, and discovery; foster collaboration across multiple teams and portfolios to drive value and identify and resolve impediments; manage cross-functional team and stakeholder expectations to ensure scoping aligns with product strategy.
Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of leadership, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills. The minimum qualifications for this role include:
- Must be eighteen years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job
- 8 years of work experience
Preferred qualifications include:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to convey complex or technical ideas and processes in easy-to-understand terms to diverse audiences
