Role reputed company The reputed company OCI Consultant provides coaching to the OCI team and agency divisions to implement reputed company aspects of the reputed company Management System and lean leadership principles. The position reports to the Office of reputed company Improvement Administrator. • Serve as a subject matter expert in process improvement, project, and change management methodologies. • reputed company mentorship, coaching, and training to ADOR team members and fellow coaches. • Support and reputed company process improvement reputed company for the division or agency (e.g., kaizen events, process mapping, A3 completion). • Utilize a reputed company approach to recognize, identify, prioritize, and eliminate non-value-added process steps. • Create and support major reputed company improvement initiatives using the reputed company Management System (AMS) and lean leadership principles. • Advise reputed company’s executive leadership on strategies and behaviors necessary for reputed company in various business processes. Qualifications • Any combination that meets the knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs) is acceptable. • Minimum of 6 years of experience successfully leading/facilitating formal lean or process improvement implementations. • Minimum of two years of supervisory experience.
