About the Role
As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator - Bank Voice at blithequark, you will be the voice of our company, providing exceptional customer experiences through active listening, empathy, and effective problem-solving. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions to meet their financial needs. Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a strong customer focus rooted in empathy, actively listening to customers' concerns and providing personalized solutions
- Communicate effectively with peers, management, and customers, ensuring seamless collaboration and issue resolution
- Exercise good judgment and independent decision-making skills, taking ownership of customer issues and resolving them efficiently
- Demonstrate exceptional listening, questioning, call control, and de-escalation techniques, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Be proactive, with effective time management and organizational skills, meeting performance targets and maintaining a high level of productivity
- Display dependability, with a solid attendance record, and maintain a secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 2 years of customer service experience or 2 years of call center experience
- Reliable private internet connection, not supplied via cellular data or hotspot, with a minimum download speed of 5Mbps (10+ Mbps preferred)
- A private network that is password protected, with ownership or line of sight to every device on the network
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year of Financial Services experience or Banking experience
- Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a proven track record of success
Schedule and Work Arrangements
This role is 100% work from home, with scheduled shifts from Tuesday through Saturday, 2:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. EST, or Sunday through Thursday, 2:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. EST (limited availability). Schedules are adjusted per time zone, and you must be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Compensation and Benefits
At blithequark, we offer a competitive compensation package, with a minimum and maximum full-time annual salary range of $43,680 - $43,680. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
