Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to provide excellent customer support via phone and text, 3 days a week, with flexible days. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a moderate call volume, scheduling for our crew, responding to guest reviews, checking and responding to emails, and monitoring our crew's group chat during peak hours. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring every customer receives exceptional service, and our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Providing customer support via phone and text, handling 15-25 calls per day, with an average call length of 6 minutes
  • Responding to text messages and resolving customer inquiries promptly
  • Providing accurate information and support to customers regarding our services and general inquiries
  • Troubleshooting any issues and escalating when necessary
  • Creating and managing our crew's weekly schedules, ensuring all shifts are covered and any last-minute changes are addressed
  • Monitoring our crew's group chat from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST to address questions, solve problems, and provide guidance as needed
  • Regularly checking and responding to company emails, ensuring prompt communication with customers and internal team members
  • Responding to guest reviews, ensuring professional and courteous communication at all times

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
